TOO KOLD BEAUTY® Return & Refund Policy

At TOO KOLD BEAUTY®, we take pride in providing high-quality beauty products that meet our luxury standards. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to making your shopping experience exceptional.

Due to the nature of cosmetic products and for health and safety reasons, please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and unopened.

  • Be in its original packaging.

  • Include all original components and accessories.

  • Be free from damage caused after delivery.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, swatched, altered, or tampered with.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Opened or used cosmetics

  • Lip products

  • Setting powders

  • Concealers

  • Setting sprays

  • Eyeshadow palettes

  • Beauty blenders

  • Powder puffs

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional or complimentary products

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and determine the appropriate resolution.

Return Authorization

Before sending any item back, you must contact TOO KOLD BEAUTY® to receive return instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Do NOT return products to our business location or any other address. Please do not send returns to our business mailing address in Grand Rapids. All approved returns must be mailed to our designated Returns Department in Detroit. Returns sent to the incorrect address may not be eligible for processing or a refund.

Any package delivered to a location other than the authorized return address listed above will not be accepted, processed, or refunded. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring their return is sent to the correct return address.

Failure to follow this policy may result in the denial of your refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • A shipping error by TOO KOLD BEAUTY®

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item received

We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking and insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Refunds

Once your approved return has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refused Deliveries & Returned Packages

Orders returned due to:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

  • Refused deliveries

  • Failure to collect the package

  • Carrier return to sender

may be subject to return shipping fees and restocking fees, which will be deducted from any eligible refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

TOO KOLD BEAUTY® is not responsible for packages that are marked Delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, customers must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact TOO KOLD BEAUTY® before filing a payment dispute or chargeback.

Filing a fraudulent or unwarranted chargeback after receiving your order may result in the suspension of future purchases and may be disputed with supporting documentation, including shipping confirmation and delivery records.

Policy Updates

TOO KOLD BEAUTY® reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on our website.
